Together we’ll move through gentle discussion, anointing, and guided meditation — inviting deep presence and connection with your body, your lineage, and the ancient wisdom that still lives within you.
Come ready to receive, remember, and reconnect with the sacred essence of where you come from, to help guide you to where you are going. Please wear clothing that allows easy access to the base of your spine, belly, and heart.
