Simple Anointing Ritual

Tune into the Earth Below:

• Take three deep breaths, inhaling from the base of your spine to the crown. Feel the infinite nourishing energy and unconditional love of Mother Earth.
• Know that you are safe and supported.

Tune into the Sky Above:

• Take three deep breaths, inhaling the infinite nourishing energy and unconditional love of Father Sky.
• Feel the light flowing downward, cascading and surrounding you.

Tune into the Heart:

• Place your hands on your heart and take three deep breaths, uniting the love and energy from Earth and Sky within you.
• Exhale all expectations, attachments, and anything that does not belong to you.

Connect with the Oil:

• Hold the bottle to your heart and set your intention.
• Breathe in the aroma from the bottle, allowing it to fill every cell of your body.
• Place a few drops in your hand and anoint the base of your spine or feet, the third eye, crown, back of the skull, or heart. Anoint anywhere else you feel called.
• You can work with one or multiple oils.

Meditate and Reflect:

• Meditate with the oil(s), allowing yourself to be open to their messages and those from your guides.
• Journal, dance, or simply stay in stillness.

Express Gratitude:

• Express gratitude to the Earth, your guides, and the plant.
