A hydrolat (hydrosol) is the water that comes from the steam distillation of essential oils. The oil is removed, and is left is the hydrolat, often referred to a hydrosol* They are super gentle and easy to use. They also mix well with water for drinking or in a humidifier, and can be used sublingually.
