• No refunds, exchanges only for unopened bottles.

Class Refund policy

• No refunds less than 30 days prior to class
• No refunds on deposits 

Services

• No refunds
• You may reschedule with up to 24 hours notice without penalty
• Same day cancelations receive a 50% credit to reschedule
• No shows forfeit fee 
• Some exceptions apply for emergency situations, please contact katieshell@gmail.com if you have a last minute emergency situation.
